4 ingredient pancake/ crepe

I was craving something a little sweet this morning, so I created this. This is a cross between a pancake and a crepe. It was really fluffy, but not as sturdy as a pancake and not as thin as a crepe. Try it out!

1 banana
1 egg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon oatmeal

mix all ingredients in a magic bullet. cook on oiled saucepan for about 5-10 minutes or until its all cooked.

optional: spread some peanut butter and top it off with some hemp hearts.
You could also add some protein powder if you want more protein (it would make it hold together better)

Makes 1 serving
