Asian inspired salad


  • romaine lettuce
  • quinoa
  • cauliflower
  • edamame
  • sliced almonds
  • 1 tomato
  • hot sauce
  1. Cut up the romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and cauliflower to the desired sizes you want. Put in a bowl with edamame and almonds and mix.
  2. Cook quinoa according to package then add to the bowl and mix.
  3. Drizzle some hot sauce on top
