Sweet Potato and Beet Chips


  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2 beets
  • olive oil
  1. slice sweet potato and beet very thinly
  2. drizzle slices with olive oil
  3. bake at 350F for about 15 minutes or until they become crispy. Let it cool for about 10 minutes
