Rice Paper Wraps

I have found a new love for rice paper! rice paper is low in calories and low in carbs, so I love making wraps with them. I also love to bake them because they get crispy and chewy and the texture is so satisfying! 

Basically, you just wrap whatever you like in rice paper and brush it with some oil. then bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
