Brocoli smoothies


  • 1 handful of broccoli florets
  • 1 banana
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  1. Blend all ingredients into a blender. Pulse for 20 seconds and then liquify for 10 seconds

Add more or less ice cubes or milk to get it to the consistency u desire
It is best enjoyed through a straw
