Peanut Butter Protein Fudge Bar


Sorry I didn't really measure any of the ingredients, because I just wanted something with peanut butter and protein :p. They taste really good though and I just love the combination of chickpeas and peanut butter. And chickpeas are a great source of protein!!

Ingredients:


  • 1 can rinsed and drained chickpeas
  • 1 can peanut butter (use the chickpea can to measure)
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop protein (i used vanilla)

Directions:


  1. Blend all ingredients in food processor until combined. 
  2. Press into pan and refrigerate for about 10 minutes. Then, slice into bars and enjoy!
