Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 3 eggs
- 1.5 cups shredded carrots
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven at 350F
- Shred carrots in food processor
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in food processor until batter becomes thick enough
- Line a 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and pour batter in. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test
