Banana Carrot Bread

*Measurements are not exact. You may need to adjust the measurements until the batter is thick enough

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 350F
  2. Shred carrots in food processor 
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients in food processor until batter becomes thick enough
  4. Line a 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and pour batter in. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test
