Healthy Dinner - Tuna and Peppers


  • red pepper
  • green pepper
  • yellow pepper
  • tuna
  • tomato sauce
  • spinach
  • brown rice
  1. Slice all the peppers and cook on medium heat in saucepan. 
  2. Cook brown rice according to package and add to saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients until they are all heated up (about 5 minutes). Then simmer with some water for about 2 minutes
