Ingredients:
- romaine lettuce
- quinoa
- cauliflower
- edamame
- sliced almonds
- 1 tomato
- hot sauce
Directions:
- Cut up the romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and cauliflower to the desired sizes you want. Put in a bowl with edamame and almonds and mix.
- Cook quinoa according to package then add to the bowl and mix.
- Drizzle some hot sauce on top
