Clean meatballs and gravy

You can add whatever vegetables and seasonings you like, but here's what I used:

2 large eggs
1 cup chopped celery
2 French onions
2 small-medium carrots
1/2 cup mozzarella Cheese
0.670 kg beef
1 teaspoon each of sage, thyme, basil, garlic powder, marjoram, salt and pepper, oregano

Dice vegetables and put into food processor along with the rest of ingredients. Mix until all vegetables are chopped finely and ingredients are combined. Roll into balls and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350F for about 20 mins or until beef is fully cooked. Serve warm
Makes about 60 meatballs.
It also made a gravy too as it cooked in the oven.
