- Rolled Oats
- ground cinnamon
- honey
- nuts of your choice ( I used almonds, sunflower seeds, pecans, cashews, pumpkin seeds)
- dried fruit of your choice (I used cranberries, raisins)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300F
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl except for the dried fruit
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
- Place baking sheet on a cooling rack for 20 minutes
- Add dried fruit and enjoy with yogurt and fresh fruits
