- 2 cups raw hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup milk (I used skim milk, but you can use regular, almond or soy)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375F. Place hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes. Using a towel, rub off the hazelnut skins. (I skipped this step, but if you want it to be more smooth, then you should do this step)
- In a food processor, mix hazelnuts until it becomes a nut butter consistency
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together until smooth
Store in the refrigerator.
Makes about 400 grams of nutella
About 26 calories per tablespoon
