Flour-less and Sugarless Protein Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 large bananas
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 scoops Elite vanilla protein (or you can try chocolate!)
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven 350F
  2. Pulse bananas in a food processor until it is blended. Then, add eggs
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until it is well blended
  4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Keep in refrigerator. 
Makes 6 muffins
