- 2 large bananas
- 3 large eggs
- 3 scoops Elite vanilla protein (or you can try chocolate!)
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven 350F
- Pulse bananas in a food processor until it is blended. Then, add eggs
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until it is well blended
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Keep in refrigerator.
Makes 6 muffins
