- whole wheat tortilla wrap
- spinach (I used kale in mine)
- dried cranberries
- sliced avocado
- eggs
- greek yogurt
- 1 tbs olive oil
Directions:
- Cook eggs on medium heat with olive oil
- Place cooked eggs with remaining ingredients onto one half of the tortilla and fold it over
- Place tortilla on medium heat in pan for 5 mins each side or until golden brown
- Top with Greek Yogurt
