Healthy Dinner: Brown Rice, Seasoned Cauliflower, Avocado, Salmon

I attempted to make cauliflower pizza but it didn't turn out so I decided to mix the cauliflower with rice since it had a lot of flavour. You can add whatever seasonings you like, but I used garlic salt, thyme, sage and rosemary. Also, the measurements are totally up to you (I didn't really measure my ingredients, I just threw them all in). 

Ingredients:

  • Brown Rice
  • Cauliflower (I used about 3/4 of a head)
  • Chia seeds 
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Sage
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • Salmon (I used canned)
  • Avocado
Directions
  1. Cook brown rice according to package
  2. Boil cauliflower then chop up into small pieces
  3. Mix cauliflower with chia seeds, garlic, salt, thyme, sage, rosemary and spread on wax paper on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes (I attempted to make cauliflower pizza but it didn't turn out)
  4. Mix cauliflower with rice and top with salmon and avocado
