Ingredients:
- 1/2 scoop Chocolate Protein powder
- 3tbs cooked Brown rice
- 1 tbs Fat free plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbs oats
- 2 tbs water
- chia seeds (optional)
Directions:
- Cook rice according to package
- Mix oats and water and cook in microwave for about 20 seconds
- Add the protein, rice and yogurt (add more or less of each ingredient to get the desired consistency)
- Top with chia seeds (optional)
