Simple, and low cal (about 30 calories per tablespoon)
Ingredients:- Avocado
- Greek Yogurt (I used low-fat)
Directions:
- Mix equal parts of avocado and greek yogurt (I used my magic bullet)
Thats it! Enjoy :)
You could also try adding garlic, salt and pepper, or cinnamon for different savoury or sweet tastes
