Ingredients:
- 1 cup nuts (I used walnuts)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- cinnamon (optional-adds health benefits)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
In food processor, pulse then mix walnuts until it becomes a dough-like consistency (see picture below). It takes about 10 minutes.
Next, add the banana, baking soda and the optional cinnamon and blend for another 30 seconds (or until banana chunks are gone. Be careful not to over-blend!)
Then, form batter into balls and place on wax paper on a baking sheet:
(These could be eaten like this too!)
Next, flatten balls like so:
Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes and enjoy! :)
