- 1/4 cup chick peas
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder (optional)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
- In food processor, pulse chick peas into bits. Then, add peanut butter and mix for 10 seconds
- Add the rest of the ingredients. (The optional ingredients give more protein and texture)
- Form into a bar and wrap in tin foil. Chill in the fridge
If you don't like your bar too soft, add more oats to your liking.
