CLEAN Banana Cinnamon French Toast - 4 ingredients!

Each slice is only 62 calories!
Ingredients:
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional-there's already enough flavour without!)
Directions:
  1. mash banana then whisk in egg and cinnamon
  2. cut the slices of bread in half and coat both sides with batter
  3. cook on medium heat in a saucepan for about 5 minutes then flip to cook the other side
Makes 4 slices of French toast
