Each slice is only 62 calories!
Ingredients:- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 egg
- 1/2 a banana
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional-there's already enough flavour without!)
Directions:
- mash banana then whisk in egg and cinnamon
- cut the slices of bread in half and coat both sides with batter
- cook on medium heat in a saucepan for about 5 minutes then flip to cook the other side
Makes 4 slices of French toast
