Ingredients (equal parts of):
- chick peas
- peanut butter
- semi-sweet chocolate
Directions:
- In a food processor, mix equal parts of chick peas and peanut butter. (If you don't have a processor, you can mash the chick peas by hand then add the peanut butter and mix well).
- Form this mixture into balls and place on wax paper. (If the mixture is too soft, chill in the freezer for 3 minutes)
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate in microwave or double boiler and pour on top of the balls. Put it in the freezer or fridge for 3 minutes until the chocolate is hardened. Enjoy!
