No Bake DIY Protein Bars (Quest Bars)

***All of these pictures were taken BEFORE I refrigerated them, meaning, they did not have time to harden. This is because I like my protein bars chewy. If you like them harder, put them in the fridge or freezer before serving :)

  • 4 Scoops Quest Vanilla Protein Powder (or any other protein powder)
  • 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter (or any other nut butter)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour
  • *A few Tbsp of Water (depending on what kind of protein you use, you will need more or less water)
  1. Blend all ingredients together in food processor until it becomes dough-like
  2. spread on parchment paper and shape into bars
  3. Fold in toppings and add some more on top. For more chewy bars, you can serve right away. For more hard bars, you can freeze or refrigerate them. Enjoy!
