Sauteed banana with chicken

  • 1 chicken breast
  • olive oil
  • 1 banana
  • brocoli
  • asparagus
  1. Dice chicken and cook with olive oil on medium heat in a saucepan until the inside of the chicken are no longer pink. Set aside on a plate.
  2. Cook vegetables in same saucepan and add some more oil if needed. Add seasonings if desired, then place them with the chicken on a plate.
  3. Slice banana and sautee them on the same pan. Flip them once when they turn golden brown (see picture below). Place bananas on top of the chicken and enjoy!
