Cranberry Quesadilla


  • whole wheat tortilla wrap
  • spinach (I used kale in mine)
  • dried cranberries
  • sliced avocado
  • eggs
  • greek yogurt 
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  1. Cook eggs on medium heat with olive oil
  2. Place cooked eggs with remaining ingredients onto one half of the tortilla and fold it over
  3. Place tortilla on medium heat in pan for 5 mins each side or until golden brown
  4. Top with Greek Yogurt
