Stuffed Peppers


  • 2 peppers (any colour)
  • 200 grams extra lean ground beef
  • 1/2 carrot diced
  • 1 small zucchini diced
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 2 green onion
  • seasonings (I used garlic powder, thyme, sage, marjoram, and oregano)

Preheat oven at 350F

Cut the tops of the peppers and core them to make them into a bowl (see picture below)

Next, mix the rest of the ingredients together and put them into the peppers (see picture below)

Place peppers on a baking sheet and bake them at 350F for 30 minutes or until the all beef is cooked. (I placed the pepper tops to the side of the stuffed peppers in the oven)

Enjoy! Makes 2 servings
