2-minute egg cup

  • 1 Egg
  • Brocoli (quantity is up to your desire)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  1. In a mug, whisk all the ingredients together
  2. Cook in microwave for 1.5-2 minutes (watch closely as microwave times may vary)
That's it! Eat from the mug or flip it out onto a plate. Add whatever sauce or seasonings you desire
