Clean Chocolate Rice Pudding


  • 1/2 scoop Chocolate Protein powder
  • 3tbs cooked Brown rice
  • 1 tbs Fat free plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbs oats
  • 2 tbs water
  • chia seeds (optional)
  1. Cook rice according to package
  2. Mix oats and water and cook in microwave for about 20 seconds
  3. Add the protein, rice and yogurt (add more or less of each ingredient to get the desired consistency)
  4. Top with chia seeds (optional)
