Beef and Cheese Omelette

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk (optional)
  • cottage cheese
  • beef (I used Buffalo meat)
  • Almond Butter (optional)
  1. Cook the beef on medium heat and set aside
  2. Whisk egg and milk together and cook on medium heat
  3. When the eggs are almost done cooking, add the cottage cheese and beef. Top with almond butter if desired
