Chocolate Spinach Pancakes

I guarantee you will not taste the spinach!


  • handful of spinach
  • chocolate protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • olive oil or coconut oil
  • oats (optional)
  • chia seeds (optional)
  • chopped nuts (optional)
  1. In food processor, pulse spinach into smaller bits (if you don't have a processor, you can chop up the spinach manually, but it will take more time)
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the food processor and pulse until it is completely combined
  3. Cook over medium heat until bubbles start to form on top. Then flip the pancakes

  • 1tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 1 tbsp avocado
  1. warm up all ingredients in microwave for 20 seconds or until peanut butter is melted
  2. mix ingredients. Add more milk if you want it to be more liquidy 
I added the oats in for extra carbs so I could eat this as my post workout meal. The chia seeds and chopped nuts add extra protein and crunchy texture.
