Ingredients:
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/4 cup white kidney beans
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
Protein Glaze:
- 4 tbsp vanilla protein
- 1-2 tbsp water (depends on your protein)
Directions:
- Blend oats in food processor to make oat flour
- Blend the rest of ingredients together
- Oil a donut mould and pour batter into moulds
- Bake at 350F for 10 minutes
- Top with chocolate chips and protein glaze and enjoy
