Cookie Dough Pronuts (Protein Donuts)


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/4 cup white kidney beans
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
Protein Glaze:
  • 4 tbsp vanilla protein
  • 1-2 tbsp water (depends on your protein)
Directions:
  1. Blend oats in food processor to make oat flour
  2. Blend the rest of ingredients together
  3. Oil a donut mould and pour batter into moulds
  4. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes
  5. Top with chocolate chips and protein glaze and enjoy
