Chocolate Peanut Butter Marble Cake

I love this recipe because it has protein from beans and its flour-less!
Ingredients:

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup truvia
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Peanut butter
  • vegan dark chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Blend beans in food processor until it is a smooth consistency. Blend the rest of the ingredients together, except peanut butter and chocolate chips, until smooth
  3. Pour batter in lightly greased 8x8inch pan and bake for about 25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean
  4. Put dollops of peanut butter on top, and sprinkle chocolate chips. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to melt the toppings. Then, use a knife to swirl the peanut butter with the chocolate to create a marble effect on top.
Note:
To create a marble effect on the inside of the brownies, swirl peanut butter into batter before you put it into the oven.
