- 3.5oz cooked sweet potato
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- honey to taste (i used about 1/4 cup)
- vegan dark chocolate chips (for topping)
Directions:
- mix all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in food processor until completely combined
- put in a baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake at 350F for 25 minutes
Topping:
Melt chocolate chips and pour on top of brownies
