Ingredients:
- 2 cup chickpeas
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein
- 12 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp truvia
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 vegan dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Rinse and drain chickpeas
- Blend chickpeas into food processor until most of it is mashed
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until completely combined
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls and enjoy!

Makes about 48 servings
