I made these using the leftover almond pulp from my homemade almond milk recipe
Ingredients:- 1 cup packed almond pulp
- 1 scoop chocolate protein
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax
- 5 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 cup oats
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor until completely combined
- Bake in oven at 350F for about 15-20 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test
Notes:
Pulp: to the leftovers from the homemade almond milk
Toothpick test: When you insert a toothpick in the middle of the muffin and it comes out clean
