Ingredients:
- 1 cup chick peas ( drained and washed)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup diced apricots
Directions:
- In a food processor, pulse the chickpeas until they are blended
- Add the peanut butter and mix until they are combined
- Add the oats and almonds and mix until they are combined
- Fold in the apricots
- Roll batter into balls and serve
These look and sound so delicious! Will have to try them!!!!
