I love mug cakes because they require very few ingredients and little time to cook in the microwave.
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 egg
- cinnamon to taste
- whole blackberries
- sweetener of choice (optional)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients except blackberries together well. Fold in the blackberries (as many as you like)
- Put batter in a microwave-safe cup (don't fill the cup more than 2/3 full because it will expand)
- Heat in microwave for 2 minutes (keep an eye on it - microwave times may vary)
You can top it off with some greek yogurt and chia seeds as well :)
