These wraps make a good party platter and conversation starter. You can use whatever ingredients you like and you can substitute almond butter for regular peanut butter.
Ingredients:
- rice paper wraps
- spinach
- julienne carrots
- julienne cucumber
- salmon
- shrimp
Directions:
- Follow instructions on rice paper package and place all ingredients on rice paper. Then roll them into wraps.
Almond Butter and Lime Sauce:
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- juice of a quarter of a lime
- water
Directions:
- Mix almond butter and lime juice and add a little bit of water until it is your desired consistency
