Veggie Wraps with Almond Butter and Lime Sauce

These wraps make a good party platter and conversation starter. You can use whatever ingredients you like and you can substitute almond butter for regular peanut butter.


Ingredients:
  • rice paper wraps
  • spinach
  • julienne carrots
  • julienne cucumber
  • salmon
  • shrimp
Directions: 
  1. Follow instructions on rice paper package and place all ingredients on rice paper. Then roll them into wraps.
Almond Butter and Lime Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • juice of a quarter of a lime
  • water
Directions:
  1. Mix almond butter and lime juice and add a little bit of water until it is your desired consistency
