- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- almond butter (optional)
Directions:
- preheat oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix all ingredients together and put into greased ramekins for 20 minutes
