Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Bake

Inspired by @tasyhealth on Instagram

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • almond butter (optional)
Directions:
  1. preheat oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit 
  2. Mix all ingredients together and put into greased ramekins for 20 minutes
