Kale is a superfood that is low in calories, and high in iron, calcium, fibre, and vitamins K,A,C. It also has antioxidants and has anti-cancer properties.
Kale chip recipe:
• I bunch kale
• I tbsp olive oil
• I tsp salt
Wash kale and break into pieces. Place on parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake at 350 Celsius for 10-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown
