5-ingredient Blueberry pancakes (flourless)
BLUEBERRY PANCAKES. ONLY 5 INGREDIENTS AND FLOUR IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!! plus 2-ingredient ICING.
I made these this morning and my mom and brother said they looked so good. I didn't think they would turn out as well in the picture, but they actually do look really good :p. And they taste just as good too! :). Great way to use those super-ripe, just-sits-in-your-kitchen-and-you-leave-it-there-hoping-that-somebody-will-eat-it-but-in-reality-nobody-will bananas. yup thats exactly what i used :p
1/2 cup oats
1/2 scoop vanilla protein
2 bananas
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (optional)
icing:
1/2 tbsp #rawmio hazelnut spread by@windycityorganics
1/2 tbsp almond butter (or pb)
in a food processor, blend up the oats to make oat flour. add the rest of the ingredients and cook on saucepan. microwave the ingredients for the icing and pour onto pancakes.
