Ingredients:
- 4 Scoops Quest Vanilla Protein Powder (or any other protein powder)
- 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter (or any other nut butter)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Oat Flour
- *A few Tbsp of Water (depending on what kind of protein you use, you will need more or less water)
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together in food processor until it becomes dough-like
- spread on parchment paper and shape into bars
- Fold in toppings and add some more on top. For more chewy bars, you can serve right away. For more hard bars, you can freeze or refrigerate them. Enjoy!
