Ingredients:
- 1 coconut cashew Quest Bar
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 5 tbsp coconut shavings
- 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Cut the Quest bar in half and put one half into a pot on a stove with medium heat
- Add coconut oil, honey, coconut shavings to the pot and stir until combined
- In the microwave, heat up the other half of the Quest bar for 45 seconds. It should be crunchy. Roll it out so it is flatter and cut into as many pieces as you want. You should work fast before the quest bar cools down
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. I put them in twice for 20 seconds. Careful not to burn the chocolate
- Dip the quest bar pieces into the chocolate and place on parchment paper
- Place the mixture in the pot on top of the chocolate covered quest bars. Top with more chocolate and place in freezer for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
