Ingredients:
- 1 cinnamon quest bar
- 1 apple (I used gala)
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp honey
- dash of cinnamon
Directions:
- Chop off the top of an apple and core the inside to create a bowl.
- Microwave quest bar for 10 seconds so it becomes easier to roll. Roll quest bar until flat and cut 6 equal strips so that it fits on top of the apple.
- Cut off the remaining quest bar pieces if the strips are too big and put them in a bowl. In the same bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients together and place inside the apple. Weave the quest bar strips on top of the apple.
- Microwave for 20 seconds or Bake at 350F for 5 minutes and Enjoy.
