Quest Cinnamon Apple Bake



I am very excited to announce that I will be hosting two contests whereby THREE winners will each win a box of the new Smore's Quest bars by @questnutrition!! I will be posting the details very soon so stay tuned! 

Ingredients:
  • 1 cinnamon quest bar
  • 1 apple (I used gala)
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • dash of cinnamon 
Directions:
  1. Chop off the top of an apple and core the inside to create a bowl. 
  2. Microwave quest bar for 10 seconds so it becomes easier to roll. Roll quest bar until flat and cut 6 equal strips so that it fits on top of the apple. 
  3. Cut off the remaining quest bar pieces if the strips are too big and put them in a bowl. In the same bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients together and place inside the apple. Weave the quest bar strips on top of the apple. 
  4. Microwave for 20 seconds or Bake at 350F for 5 minutes and Enjoy.
