Cinnamon Peanut Butter

I love making my own peanut butter because I hate the the texture of unnatural pb. And this allows me to control how much sugar goes into it. Also, u can add cocoa, chai and/or cinnamon to create different flavours!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw and unsalted peanuts
  • cinnamon to taste (I used 2 tablespoons)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil (use more if u like it more liquify)
  • honey to taste (I used 2 tablespoons)
Directions:
  1. Blend peanuts into food processor until it is a smooth consistency (take at least 20 minutes)
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients until combined

Notes:
Consistency will vary
Makes about 12oz
Refrigerate for no more than about 1-2 weeks
