Cinnamon Peanut Butter Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 12 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp truvia
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Rinse and drain chickpeas and blend in food processor
  2. Mix all ingredients into food processor until combined
  3. Roll batter into balls and enjoy!

Makes about 48 servings
About 18 calories per ball
Keep refridgerated
