Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop chocolate protein
- 1 tbsp of milk (measurement depends on your protein)
Directions:
- blend all ingredients together. Add enough milk for the constancy to be like a batter
- cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until completely cooked
Protein Icing:
add milk to chocolate protein until it becomes the consistency you desire
