Brocoli smoothies
Ingredients:
1 handful of broccoli florets
1 banana
6 ice cubes
1/2 cup almond milk
Directions:
Blend all ingredients into a blender. Pulse for 20 seconds and then liquify for 10 seconds
Notes:
Add more or less ice cubes or milk to get it to the consistency u desire
It is best enjoyed through a straw
