3-ingredient pancakes with Almond Crumble and Protein Icing

Ingredients for pancakes:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • about 3 tbsp Elite vanilla protein (measurements depend on your protein brand)
Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients with magic bullet or food processor. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Flip pancake and cook for about 2 more minutes
Ingredients for Almond Crumble:
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • honey to taste (I used 3 tablespoons)
  • Cinnamon to taste ( I used 3 tablespoons)
Directions:
  1. Blend all ingredients in food processor until it becomes crumbly (about 10-20 minutes)
Ingredients for Protein Icing:
  • Protein (I used Elite Vanilla protein)
  • water or milk (I used skim milk)
Directions:
  1. MIx as much protein and your choice of liquid until it becomes the consistency you desire. Start off by adding a very small amount of liquid (about 1 teaspoon of liquid for every tablespoon of protein)
Notes:
Makes about 6 small pancakes and about 16 oz of almond crumble
