Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast
- olive oil
- 1 banana
- brocoli
- asparagus
Directions:
- Dice chicken and cook with olive oil on medium heat in a saucepan until the inside of the chicken are no longer pink. Set aside on a plate.
- Cook vegetables in same saucepan and add some more oil if needed. Add seasonings if desired, then place them with the chicken on a plate.
- Slice banana and sautee them on the same pan. Flip them once when they turn golden brown (see picture below). Place bananas on top of the chicken and enjoy!
