Ingredients:
- Equal parts of Flax meal and almonds
- Oil (I used Extra Virgin Olive oil)
- Chicken Breast
- Seasonings (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- In a food processor, ground up almonds until it becomes your desired size. Mix the ground-up almonds to the flax meal on a plate.
- Brush the whole chicken breast with oil. Then roll it in the almond and flax mixture. Add seasonings if desired
- Wrap the chicken in tin foil and bake for about 30. Remove the tin foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
