Flax Meal and Almond Crusted Chicken




Ingredients:

  • Equal parts of Flax meal and almonds
  • Oil (I used Extra Virgin Olive oil)
  • Chicken Breast
  • Seasonings (optional)
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. In a food processor, ground up almonds until it becomes your desired size. Mix the ground-up almonds to the flax meal on a plate.
  3. Brush the whole chicken breast with oil. Then roll it in the almond and flax mixture. Add seasonings if desired
  4. Wrap the chicken in tin foil and bake for about 30. Remove the tin foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
